Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

I noted, "There are not any formal minutes taken for the Group
discussions. However, members are encouraged to share the outcomes of any
discussions with their wider migrant communities. I am therefore refusing
this part of your request in accordance with section 18(e) of the Act, as
the document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist."

 

If there were no formal minutes taken, may I kindly request all
information/powerpoint presentation/agenda items that has been distribute
or share within the reference group. For public transparency, I would like
to encourage the MBIE and the reference group consider to have a formal
minutes recorded.

Your request is being processed in accordance with the Act and a response
will be sent to you in due course.
