Please confirm the numbers of internal promotions from Investment Manager to Investment Director within New Zealand, by gender, since Dylan Lawrence began as GM of Investment.

Male: 7 (Simon Ansley, Craig Getz, Jonathan Wells, Terry Allen, Rangi Ririnui, Tony Haworth, Peter McDonald)

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 19 April 2023. The latest date for a decision on your request is 18 May 2023.

Thanks for your information.  I think you may have misinterpreted the
question.  The specific question was regarding internal promotion of
Investment Managers (investment technical skillset) and inside New
Zealand.

To that end I would not expect people such as Lee Cyn-Li or Catherine
Tlapek to be included (they appear to be international), nor people from
the operations / business analysis side (Georgia Mills for example,
business advisor - Investment to Investment director).

Can you please confirm whether, noting the above clarification, the
numbers supplied in your response are correct, or whether, in fact, only 1
female Investment Manager has been promoted to Investment Director in New
Zealand since Dylan Lawrence took over as GM.

 

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as
