Consent relating to Wainuiomata Stream
Craig Innes made this Official Information request to Wellington Regional Council
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Wellington Regional Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Craig Innes
Tena koe,
This is a request for information under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
Please refer to the reply from Hutt City Council to my LGOIMA request.
https://fyi.org.nz/request/22161-cleanfi...
Hutt City Council advises that there is a consent relating to Wainuiomata Stream relevant to my request. I am surprised to see this as the request was for information relating to a point approximately 10 kilometres to the south-west of Wainuiomata Stream (aka Wainuiomata-iti Stream). Please confirm if this is correct.
Naku noa, na,
Craig Innes
