Good Morning Mr Russell
Members of the public are allowed access through the gate, there are no
specific requirements to shut the gate however normal etiquette would
apply.
Kind Regards

Dear Lynley Scott,
What would be the objective in closing this gate?
Yours sincerely,
James Russell

Dear Lynley Scott,
Considering that this gate, if legal, will have a 'written permit' as you advise [Sect 344 LGA Gates and cattle stops] and as there is no livestock either side at any time, nor has there ever been or likely to be; I ask again; what would be the objective, in closing the gate? What would happen?
Yours sincerely,
James Russell

Dear Lynley Scott,
THE UN-PERMITTED GATE IS NOW, AFTER 3 YEARS OF COMPLAINTS.
'GONE'
A WIN FOR THE SHAG POINT RATEPAYER.
Now let's get someone other than the ratepayers of Shag Point to pay for the unauthorised damage to the road
Yours sincerely,
James Russell
