attachment reports) pertaining to placement of medical students for the
year 2019”. The information requested is withheld under sections
9(2)(ba)(i) and (ii) of the OIA, to protect information subject to an
obligation of confidence, and section 9(2)(g)(i) of the OIA, to maintain
the effective conduct of public affairs through the free and frank
expression of opinions by, between or to members of the University in the
course of their duty.
