Dear Information Management Team,

The proposed site is the grass area near the Wainuiomata Library (so not actually in the Mall). It is going to be two containers fitted out fully operational for a cafe. There is no operator as yet.

Please supply all correspondence relating to this proposal, particularly comittments made and costs incurred to date.
