Straight to residence

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
I am writing this to gather information about my application which I launched on 17th September 2022 through Straight to residence category. I have some queries which are provided below and hopefully you can clear these.
As this scheme was fast track, could you please give me some information why my application is taking so long? I was being asked to provide INZ 1200 on September 28, 2022, and I uploaded documents on 2nd October. After waiting for two months, I called INZ call centre and each time the staff told me my INZ 1200 was sent to Third Party on 25 November 2022. When I asked them what cause this delay to process the INZ 1200 and then I did not receive any answer. Could you please help me in this regard?
