particular we are not clear what you mean by “consideration of referral”
to legal aid (part 2) and to crown, departmental, and police prosecutions
(part 3). Can you please clarify what information you are seeking in
relation to legal aid and prosecutions? This will help us with the
interpretation of your request, allowing us to focus on the information
you are seeking and speed up our response to your request.
