Dear Ministry of Education,

I would like to request under the Official Information Act the exact formula used to compute the Equity Index from the 37 data points outlined in the Equity Index Varables Facts Sheet (2022). I have been looking for hours and have been unable to locate it anywhere on the Ministry of Education's website. For each year possible, I would like to see this equation for the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
