Dear Minister for Food Safety,

 

At the moment New Zealand is suffering from an outbreak of yersinia
pseudotuberculosis. According to the NZ Herald, 127 people are sick and 38
have been hospitalised because of the bug. I would like to request the
following information under the OIA:

 

* all briefings and communications received by the Minister relating to
the yersinia pseudotuberculosis outbreak.

 

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this
request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.

 

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
