Can you please provide all written evidence of how the Cook Islands & Niue came to be recognized as 'sovereign nations' by the USA?

Please include:

1. Correspondence between New Zealand's most transparent Government ever and Cook Island and Niue officials.

2. Correspondence between transparent New Zealand Government and USA officials.

3. Proof of referendum in Cook Islands and Niue showing democratic support for full independence.

4. Proof of referendum or public polling in New Zealand showing democratic support for full independence - or evidence of Labour promoting this policy prior to your most recent election.

Please also provide:

5. Amount of funding provided to the Cook Islands & Niue by New Zealand in the past 20 years.
