Thank you for your request for official information regardingopiate policy for Wellington hospital, which was received by Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley District(2D) on 28 September 2022.
Capital & Coast District and Hutt Valley DHBs have merged under Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand and are now one district known as Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley District. Both locations share information, staff, many services and a single Interim District Director. You will receive a response reflective of your request for either data sets from both locations or specifically one location.
As required under the OIA, we will respond to your request within 20 working days. You should therefore receive a response on or before 27 October 2022.
If a large amount of information has been requested or if 2DHB needs to consult in order to make a decision, we may need to extend this date (this is provided for in section 15A of the Act). We will advise you if such an extension is necessary.
