Dear New Zealand Defence Force,

I would like to make a request for information relating to the work of the NZDF Lessons Learned team.

An NZDF document dated May 2018 released to me under the OIA refers to a then-under development Lessons Learned “history” for NZDF’s involvement in Afghanistan:

“The NZDF have progressed the project to replace the current Lessons Learned programme and aim to have the replacement available for testing within 12 months. We also aim to produce a full history of lessons from NZDF’s involvement in Afghanistan 2003 - 2013.”

I would like to make a request for copies of the following:

ONE: The “history of lessons from NZDF’s involvement in Afghanistan 2003 – 2013” referred to above.
