Huang Cheng-Hsun made this Official Information request to New Zealand Defence Force

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Huang Cheng-Hsun to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Huang Cheng-Hsun

Dear New Zealand Defence Force,

May I take a chance to introduce myself first? My name is Huang Cheng-Hsun.
I am a PHD student majoring Public administration at National Chengchi University in Taiwan. My specialization focuses on public policy and military integrity.

After the release of the results of 2020 GDI assessment by the Transparency International, I notice that New Zealand has been ranked A level for three times. It is a great achievement for a country. I have studied the military integrity training and education in Taiwan recently. Military doctrines are important guidance for the implementation of military integrity. Especially for the question 51 of the GDI assessment, many countries, including Taiwan, did not have a good score. I think that New Zealand is a good benchmarking for Taiwan.
question 51: Do the armed forces have military doctrine addressing corruption as a strategic issue on operations?

According to the New Zealand statement of GDI assessment about question 51, there are three joint doctrine publications(NZDDP-00.6, NZDDP-3.21, NZDDP-4.0) that address corruption on operation in New Zealand. Those doctrines focus on many defence aspects, such as leadership, logistics, and anti-corruption measures.

Can I request the related defence doctrines, especially the NZDDP-3.21, for further research? Besides, can you authorize me to translate the English Editon of defence into Chinese ones for academic research?

Best Regards
Huang Cheng-Hsun

Hello Huang,

I have also asked for a copy of NZDDP-3.21 but I'm still waiting on NZDF's reply:
