Dear Ministry for the Environment,

I understand MFE has awarded funding to Flight Plastics in Wellington to set up a wash plant for post consumer PET packaging material to be reconstituted into food containers. referred to as "Project"

I request the details and findings of the feasibility study document conducted by Flight Plastics and MFE for this "Project" conducted in or around 2010.

I request the "Project" submission document made to the Waste Minimisation fund (managed by MFE) by Flight Plastics over period 2010 - 2014.

I request the findings, approval and benefits document claimed by MFE to fund this $4m "Project". (announced 2014)

I request audit plan document to monitor this "Project" along with project timelines and performance accountabilities as per MFE criteria. (2014)
