“Please supply monthly and quarterly Aotearoa New Zealand Cardiac Arrest
Registry reports received by the Ministry of Health July 1 2018 - to July
1 2022."

The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as consultations are necessary to make a decision on
the request are such that a proper response to the request cannot
reasonably be made within the original time limit.

You can now expect a response to your request on, or before, 3 November
2022.

Information Act 1982 (the Act) received on 16 September 2022 for
information regarding Aotearoa New Zealand Cardiac Arrest Registry
reports. 

 

Pursuant to section 15(1)(a) of the Act, the Ministry is writing to advise
you that a decision has been made on your request; however more time is
required to administratively process the information for release. The
Ministry accepts there has been a failure to meet the timeliness
requirements imposed by the Act on this occasion. We apologise
for the inconvenience and any frustration caused to you as a result and we
are endeavouring to provide this to you as soon as practicable. We will
send you the information by 17 November 2022.
