This includes, but is not limited to, information and advice in the form of reports, memos and appendices from the PwC New Zealand Hauora team and David Nalder.

We are contacting you in accordance with section 18B of the Official
 Information Act 1982 (the Act) as your request, as it is currently worded,
 is for a very large volume of information. The team at the Ministry have
 advised there are hundreds of documents that relate to your request, which
 require individual assessment of each document to discern its contents.
 This would place an unreasonable degree of strain on the team responsible
 and would interfere with the day-to-day workings of the Ministry.  Your
 request therefore may be refused under section 18(f) of the Act as the
 information requested cannot be made available without substantial
 collation or research. 
If it is possible for you to narrow the scope of your request, could you
 please specify a topic of interest so that we may be able to provide you
 with information.  
Please respond by 22 August 2022 so that we can consider your refinement
 in our response to your request.
