Dear Auckland Transport,
This is a request to view the CCTV footage for the following reason:
On morning of 15th September 2022 6.26 am, A very long truck while signaling to shift to left lane, started to move in a way that I had to take evasive action out of fear that a collision can occur.
In doing so, my car mounted the kerb and the tyres got badly damaged.
I was driving my car in the left lane below the speed limit.
Exact location: Road going towards waterview, 1630 Great North Road, Avondale, Auckland 1026, just before 1625-1627 Great North Road, Waterview, Auckland 1026.

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre have downloaded the camera
footage. Whilst we cannot guarantee the footage contains the information
you seek, it has nonetheless been saved.
Auckland Transport does not supply CCTV footage directly to members of the
public due to reasons of privacy. Available footage of a specific incident
or alleged crime will only be released to the New Zealand Police or your
insurance company, upon receipt of a request from them.
