Tçnâ koe M.R.M.

Further to our email below, we can confirm that the Secretary of Education
has not issued a code of conduct under section 598 of the Education and
Training Act 2020 (ETA). Other codes of conduct applying to teaching staff
are in place, meaning there is no need to issue one under section 598 at
this time.

The Teaching Council have established a code of conduct under section 485
of the ETA, which applies to teaching staff.

There are no plans to issue a code of conduct under section 598 at this
stage.
