Dear Official Information Requests,
Monthly Call Outs Associated with - Chest Pains, Cardiac Arrests or any coding with heart issues
Years - 2000 - 2022, broken down into months
Age Brackets - 0-10, 11-19 etc etc
Ultimately I want to see the number of call outs FENZ are attending relating to heart issues, deaths and call outs - I now want these from the years 2000 - 2022
Is this clear?
Yours sincerely,
Chris McCashin

Thank you, that does assist. We note we received your email asking for urgency, but as we had no record of a previous request with the specifics of the request we did not know what we were being asked for. We see that on the FYI website a previous request is recorded, but we have no record of having received it.
We will now process your request.

We have contacted the data specialists here at Fire and Emergency about your request. We are able to provide monthly statistics for the number of medical emergencies, broken down by month, from 2011. However, we cannot provide information about the type of medical emergency or the age of the people attended to as we do not collect that information for the purposes of reporting it. While there may be occasions when a symptom or age of a person is referred to in message logs, it would not provide the type of statistical data you have requested.
Would you like to amend your request to the data we care able to provide?
We look forward to hearing from you.
