In regard to your OIA request for Squawk Information we are refusing this
request under section 18(g)(i) of the Official Information Act 1982 (the
“Act”) as we do not hold this information and have no grounds for
believing that the information is held by another department, Minister of
the Crown or organisation.

 

In accordance with the Act you are entitled to apply to the Ombudsman for
a review of this decision pursuant to section 28(3) of the Act.
