Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

Please provide the following where possible. All Questions Pertaining to years between 0 and 16 years old:

1/ Physical Punishment/Discipline to the areas of the body (Excluding the Cranium and Face) ACC deems Acceptable

2/ Physical Punishment/Discipline to the areas of the Cranium ACC deems Acceptable

3/ Physical Punishment/Discipline to the areas of the Face (Excluding the Cranium) ACC deems Acceptable

4/ Claims made to the ACC where Physical Injury in the context of issuing Dicspline has occurred

5/ Accepted Claims with reference to question 4

6/ Evidence-based Research the ACC relies upon when diagnosing Post Injury Complications as the result of Historial Cranium and/or Face Physical Discipline

7/ Process Individuals are required to use to make a Historical Conduct claim where Post Injury Consequences are Objectively or Subjectvely evident
