A government media release dated 11 April 2022 says the measures decided by Cabinet to support Ukraine's fight against Russia includes "$7.5m to contribute to weapons and ammunition procurement by the United Kingdom."

Would you please advise:

1. To whom or which agency is this money being given?
2. What protocols, restrictions, guidance and/or limitations apply to the use of this money?
3. What monitoring and/or reporting mechanisms are in place in relation to the use of these funds?
4. What monitoring and/or reporting mechanisms are in place in relation to the distribution and use of the procured matériel?
