Please advise whether New Zealand has any plans to close its embassy in
Moscow, in light of Russia's invasion into Ukraine.  If so, when or if
not, why not?

Please also be advised that the organisational impacts of implementing the
COVID-19 Protection Framework, together with the Ministry’s leadership of
