I write as a New Zealand citizen.

 

The current advice for NZ vaccine requirements to enter as a NZ citizen
listed on the Unite against Covid-19 website states:

- are a New Zealand citizen. However, New Zealanders who do not have proof
of vaccination must enter managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ)

Given the changing nature of Covid-19 and the community spread of Omicron
amongst citizens of every vaccine status*. Can I please request all
relevant scientific evidence/rationale correspondence which contributed to
enabling this specific requirement?
