Dear Ministry of Health,

I am a New Zealand citizen and reside in New Zealand
Under the OIA, I request a copy of the following

1-Policy/procedures/guidelines for complaining directly to the ministry of health (about the ministry of health)

2- Number of complaints received last year about your contractor Whakarongorau Aotearoa (in regards to them providing the healthline/covid healthline service

3- The complaints procedure/guidelines/policy for your contractor Whakarongorau Aotearoa

Information held by a contractor to an OIA organization is deemed held by that organization, if it is in the contractor's capacity as contractor

Whakarongorau Aotearoa is contracted by the Ministry of Health to provide the Healthline service.
