Auckland Harbour Bridge - Traffic Volumes and other information

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
Following on from OIA 9262 please can you provide the following additional information:-
1) The hourly traffic volumes (by lane and direction) that used the bridge from 1/1/2018 - 30/7/21 and from 1/1/22 to date (or as close as you have). This data is not available in this level of detail on your TMS web site (Ref 01N29424). Please provide it in the same Excel format as the data you provided in response to OIA 9262.
2) The dates affected and lane arrangements in place after the bridge strike incident of September 2020.
3) Copies of any and all technical, safety and commercial assessments and reports on the provision of anti-climb fencing on the edges of the bridge deck.
4) The height of the existing out clip-on parapet barrier and a typical elevation / cross section of the barrier above deck level.
5) The approved Traffic Management Plan (TMP) for access to the Harbour Bridge for the recent ASB Auckland Marathon.
6) The charges levied by Waka Kotahi and its contractors / partners made to the organisers of the recent ASB Auckland Marathon.
7) Copies of any and all risk assessments relating to the use of bridge by the marathon and any other events, planned of completed in the last five years.

Thank you for you response to my OIA. I note that in your Attachment 2 (P2, P7, P11) you have redacted all cost estimate information quoting exemption under 9.2.g (i) of the Act. That reason relates to ' free and frank expression of opinions'. This exemption does not cover cost estimates and therefore I dispute that you have the right to redact it, therefore, under the original OIA timescale please provide an unredacted copy of that report.
