Dear Hutt City Council,

Please provide to me a list of all grants made (and payment made), including those from the Local Community Projects Fund and Marae funding, for which no accountability report has been received by the Council. This information to include the grant recipient, the date the grant was made, the purpose of the grant and any reason given by the recipient why the accountability report has not been provided
