I acknowledge receipt of your email and OIA request.
As you may be aware the OIA only applies to New Zealanders or people in New Zealand - section 12(1) of the Act.
Please confirm that you are either:
a New Zealand citizen; or
a permanent resident of New Zealand; or
a person who is in New Zealand
and provide some reasonable substantiation of this.
On receipt I would be happy to respond to your request.
On an interim basis, please note that Kordia did not buy the company.
