applicant declared their current residential address as India?

 

Also, that 2. Visitor Visa (Holiday) is referring to Visitor Visa –
General and,

3. Visitor Visa (Family) refers to visitor visas for partners and
dependent children?

 

Could you please confirm by 28 February 2022 if the above interpretation

The Ministry has decided to extend the period of time available to respond to your request under section 15A(1)(b) of the Act as further consultation is required to finalise the dataset.

You can now expect a response to your request on or before 21 March 2022.

You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your request.
