Kia ora Peter

Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) to the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) on 10 February 2022 for
“copies of any and all advice received by the government regarding how
public perception and concerns about potential or actual
SARS-Cov-2/COVID-19 "vaccine" related side effects, adverse reactions,
injuries and deaths can or should be managed.” On 24 February 2022, you
were asked to clarify your request in order to assist the Ministry in
providing the information you are seeking.

Please note that section 12(2) of the Act requires information requests to
be specified with ‘due particularity’ to allow the agency receiving your
request to identify the information you have asked for. The [1]Ombudsman
Guidance notes that requests which lack due particularity will not be
valid and the requirements of the Act will not apply.

As a response has not been received from you to date, unfortunately the
Ministry is unable to proceed with your request; however, please note the
Ministry remains willing to engage with you on a clarified scope for your
request. To assist with any further requests, you may be interested to
know that the Ministry proactively releases lists of advice provided to
Ministers:
[2]www.health.govt.nz/about-ministry/information-releases/advice-provided-ministers.
Significant amount of information from across Government relating to the
health response during COVID-19 is also publicly available on the Unite
against COVID-19 website:
[3]https://covid19.govt.nz/about-our-covid-....

Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
review any decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be
contacted by email at: [4][email address] or by calling 0800
802 602.

Your message of 24 February 2022 asked "Are you able to please clarify to what you mean?"

Although I feel the original question is simple enough that it should not require clarification, I will attempt to do so. I request copies of any and all advice received by the government regarding how it can manage public perceptions and concerns about the SARS-CoV-2 "vaccine" (as described above).
