Dear Department of Corrections,

 

1) i require the names of the persons in such positions as CEO, CFO,
Administrator, Director, Managing Director, Practice Manager, Manager of
the Medial Center within the Hawkes Bay Regional Prison;

 

2) i require to know who is in charge of the cooking facilities within the
prison are managed by the department of corrections, if they are managed
by the department of corrections, who the principle officer and their
subordinates or persons in charge or this department at the Hawkes Bay
Regional Prison;

 

3) i require to know if within the cooking facilities there is such
positions as CEO, CFO, Administrator, Director, Managing Director,
Manager, if so i require the names of said persons at the Hawkes Bay
Regional Prison;
