Dear Ministry of Health,

 

I write as a NZ citizen.

 

Can you please confirm how the terminology "eligible population" is
defined and calculated in the context of New Zealand's COVID-19 Vaccine
and Immunisation Programme?

 

It has been referred to in several public service announcements from the
Government and is also referenced in the latest available annual report
2020/21 for the ministry but without providing a footnote of it's
definition and/or scope (see pages 16, 28, 65-68 of attached MoH
documentation).
