Section 124(2) Animal welfare act
The Minister may from time to time, on the recommendation of an approved organisation, appoint any person to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act.

May I ask if you could kindly provided a list of approved organisation and person that appointed under the Act. The date of appointment for all inspectors and cessation.
