Dear OIA Requests,

I am familiar with the the s70 notices on the MoH website. However I don't feel my question was interpreted correctly. Please allow me to rephrase my question below.

Can a Healthline staff member - being that they are not a Medical Officer of Health - direct or otherwise require an individual to:

1) self-isolate; and / or
2) get a Covid-19 test?

Or has Healthline been delegated authority by any Medical Officer of Health?

Yours sincerely,

Cody C
