Unsubstantiated Notifications
Leah made this Official Information request to Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children
Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children did not have the information requested.
      From: Leah

    Dear Child Youth and Family,
How many notifications (that lead to intervention) are unsubstantiated?
How much information stored in the CYRAS system and subsequently forwarded through inter-agency information sharing is unsubstantiated?
What determines substantiated evidence based information?
What is the appropriate process for an individual to either alter, delete, or challenge incorrect information held in their CYRAS file?
Yours faithfully,
Leah
