Dear University of Otago,

I would like to request under the Official Information Act some
information relating to student grades for COSC349, COSC301, COSC344, INFO201, INFO303, INFO310, INFO301 for the past 5 years (2017-2021 included).

I would like to request a statistical breakdown of the average grade
distribution for the years 2016-2021.

For example, --the number of students that got A+ in 2016, the number of students that got A in 2016, the number of students that got A- in 2016.... then the number of students that got A+ in 2017, the number of students that got A in 2017.... up until 2021-- would be satisfactory.

If possible can this data please be sent in a machine-readable format where each table is a different paper, so ideally in a spreadsheet format, rather than inside a PDF?

Would it be possible to please clarify which years you are wanting the data for? In your request you ask for "the past 5 years (2017 - 2021 included)", but further down in your request you specify "the years 2016 - 2021".
