Please provide any and all briefing papers, advice, warnings, minutes,
notes that relate to warnings or notifications of

Mass vaccination and viral immune esape and/or antigenic escape

Has anybody at all investigated the possibility that this could happen and
notified MOH of the risks?

 

The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) has conducted a search of its
records and has not identified any information relating to your request.
Therefore, your request is refused in full under section 18(g)(i) of the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) as the information requested is
not held by the Ministry and there are no grounds for believing it is held
by another agency subject to the Act.
