Can you please confirm what charge you are refering to when you say 'DIC'?
Also can you confirm whether you are requesting information over the last five years, or the last 10 years? (Your subject line differs from the contents of your email)

You should complain to the Ombudsman , because there's no way info on staff charges wan't notified to Head Office . Corrections has done this beforerassing ) information on paper files can't be allowed to be a universal excuse for not providing information . Moral hazard at play >
Also , you should ask Corrections for the results of its drug testing .
