Dear OIA Requests,
Thank you for your response. In regards to your reason for refusal:
"We anticipate that this information will likely be released by November 2021, earlier if possible."
Today is Friday 29th October. Unless the Medsafe website is updated over the weekend (unlikely), I must insist that the minutes for the 187th Medicines Adverse Reaction Committee Meeting be released as soon as possible on Monday 1 November.
Historically these quarterly meetings are held in the first or second week of the quarter, before being promptly published within a couple of weeks of the sitting for public access. Given the historic precedent, this is now at least 6-weeks behind it's usual publication date.
Please publish the minutes out of urgency for public access.
Yours sincerely,
Maxwell
