Dear Sir/Madam Mawhera-Grey District Council,
Under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act I request the following information:
A copy of any briefings, reports, advice, transcripts, notes, correspondence, aide memoires, minutes or any other documents relating to Runanga Miners' Hall.
Copies of details of the insurance cover of Runanga Miners' Hall and any advice council have received or given in replacing the storm damaged roof.
I appreciate acknowledgement of this request and your urgent attention.
