New Zealand, Pfizer Relationship

Dear Chris Hipkins,

Are there any clauses within the contract between the New Zealand Government (tax payers), and Pfizer - that would require the New Zealand government to change New Zealand laws in order to honor the contract with Pfizer?

For example;

“if there are any laws or regulations in your country under which Pfizer could be prosecuted, you agree to CHANGE THE LAW OR REGULATION to close that off.”

Are there any clauses within the contract between the New Zealand government (tax payers) and Pfizer, that would limit (or) in any way suppress the use of other treatments, such as Ivermectin?
