Who has access to PCR DNA test results and records after testing?
Deborah Drew made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Health should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Deborah Drew
Dear Ministry of Health,
(CovSars-2) PCR test results are sent to ESR CDC. That data is then made available to which organisations after that? Are they privately owned DNA data bases?
The individual whose DNA is extracted is made aware of where it is sent, how it is used and is this also fully consented to by the individual tested in NZ?
Yours faithfully,
Deb Drew.
