Under Official Information Act, may I please request the following information from INZ -
- Number of the applications in SMC/RFW queue (onshore - non priority) waiting to be allocated to the CO for processing. Please provide day-wise breakup starting from oldest application in the que to December 2019.
I would really appreciate if I can get the the latest data to the date you reply to the request.

Kia ora A Singh,
Thank you for your email of 1 July 2021 to the Ministry of Business
Innovation and Employment (the Ministry) requesting information under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):
“Number of the applications in SMC/RFW queue (onshore - non priority)
waiting to be allocated to the CO for processing. Please provide day-wise
breakup starting from oldest application in the que to December 2019.”
The Ministry has decided to extend the period of time available to respond
to your request under section 15A(1)(b) of the Act as further consultation
is required.
You can now expect a response to your request on or before 12 August 2021.
You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
request.
