(1) Number of seats available
(2) Number of applicants interviewed
(3) Interview GPA cut-off for applicants
(4) number of successful applicants for each category above

Dear Mehak/Mannat,

 

The information requested for FY admissions to the 2019-2021 University of
Auckland MBChB programme is provided below.

 

For the SWD admissions scheme:

 

o There were 2 seats available in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
o In 2019, 4 applicants were interviewed; in 2020, 3 applicants were
interviewed; and in 2021, 9 applicants were interviewed.
o In 2019, the interview GPA cut-off was 6; in 2020 it was 6.75; in 2021
it was 7.
o For each of the years 2019 and 2020, there were 2 successful
applicants; in 2021 there were 4 successful applicants.

For the LSEB admissions scheme:

 

o There were 5 seats available in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
o In 2019, 5 applicants were interviewed; in 2020, 7 applicants were
interviewed; and in 2021, 3 applicants were interviewed.
o The interview GPA cut-off was for 2019-2021 was 6.
o In 2019, there was 1 successful applicant; in 2020 there were 5
successful applicants; in 2021 there were 2 successful applicants.

For the Refugee admissions scheme:

 

o There was 1 seat available in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
o In 2019, 4 applicants were interviewed; in 2020, 4 applicants were
interviewed; and in 2021, 2 applicants were interviewed.
o In 2019 and 2021, the interview GPA cut-off was 6; in 2020 it was
6.75.
o In 2019-2021, there was 1 successful applicant.
