Cominarty vaccine insert does not give complete information

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Health should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Ministry of Health,
I note that the Australian version of the Cominarty vaccine insert, states the following:
"This vaccine has provisional approval in Australia to prevent COVID-19 disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus in adults and adolescents from 16 years of age and older. This approval has been granted on the basis of short term safety and efficacy data. Evidence of longer term efficacy and safety from ongoing clinical trials and vaccination in the community continues to be gathered and assessed."
This essential information (or the appropriate New Zealand version of it) has NOT been included in either of the two information leaflets (Data Sheets or CMI's) available in New Zealand.
Without this information, persons vaccinated or to be vaccinated in New Zealand, do NOT have proper INFORMED CONSENT.
Please explain this discrepancy.

This states that Medsafe will continue to monitor the safety and efficacy
of the vaccine as it’s used. It will assess ongoing data and reporting,
such as large clinical trials across the world and reporting by healthcare
professionals and people who have received the vaccine.

Dear OIA Requests,
The point I have been making is that the information available to persons getting the vaccine does not disclose that it has "provisional approval", in contrast to what is disclosed in Australia (as indicated above).
Therefore most people believe it is "safe and effective" (which, by the way, has yet to be established) and are NOT AWARE that full approval has not yet been granted and furthermore, that trials are still ongoing and long term safety data is not yet available.
It's possible that even some of the vaccinators are not fully aware of the situation, because nothing in the data sheet or CMI mentions this.
This serious omission needs to be corrected.

Breastfeeding:
If you’re breastfeeding (as with all vaccines on the New Zealand Immunisation Schedule), there are no safety concerns about getting the Pfizer vaccine (Comirnaty).
When you're vaccinated, this can also provide some protection against COVID-19 for your baby through your breastmilk.
- NZ MOH ommiting that Comirnaty was and is untested on pregnant/lactating women in controlled trial.
- NZ MEDAFE referenced control trial for Comirnaty specifically advices missing data: pregnant/lactating woman.

We now know this is a complete lie from the leaked Japanese study showing bioaccumulation of the vaccine across organs in rats.

If you’re planning a pregnancy you can receive the Pfizer vaccine (Comirnaty).
The Pfizer vaccine will not affect your genes or fertility. The mRNA from the vaccine does not enter the nucleus of any cells, which is where your DNA is.
No parts of the vaccine or the spike protein produced reach the ovaries or the testes.
