Dear Oranga Tamariki,

 

I'm requesting copies of the responses to OIA requests received by the
Ministry and/or the Minister for Children between 2016 and 2020
containing:

 

- Lists of reports, aide memoires, briefings, memos etc. provided to the
Minister over a specific period

 

Please include responses from former Ministers for Children during this
period as well as the current Minister.

 

I have also made this request to Kelvin Davis.

Thank you for this response. I note that some information has been
excluded as outside of the scope of my request. I understand these will be
the titles that do not relate to the Children's portfolio. However, as my
request was for "copies of the responses" of these OIA requests, and not
"copies of these responses as they relate to the Children's portfolio",
and these responses included these titles, they are in fact in scope of
the original request.

 

I understand that by the time you receive this it will be out of the
timeframe to provide an extension, but if you could provide these
responses in full (aside from redactions for the privacy of the original
requesters) without requiring another full 20 working day process, that
would be much appreciated.

 

Sorry to be difficult, I really appreciate your hard work!
