In the agenda for 12 May 2021 is the Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan.on page 527 of the agenda it states that "The Carbon Reduction Policy and guidelines were shared with managers...".

Please supply a copy of the Carbon Reduction policy and guidelines.

Thank you for your email.  I acknowledge receipt of your request received
Wednesday 12^th May 2021, for the below information:
