Nationwide

iii.            Is the service provided under contract? If yes: No formal
contract in place - TDDA provide this service for us and invoice us in
return. There is no term commitment from either party to this relationship
– meaning we could use another provider if we wanted without breaching
this relationship, or they could choose no longer to provide their
services to us.
