Dear MidCentral District Health Board,
I kindly request the following information
- Number of referrals from GP's that have have not been accepted for an appointment due to the reason of Ministry of Health waiting time targets and insufficient resources to meet that.
- Breakdown by department or area and timeframe of the rejected appointment.

For clarity this is only patient referrals that have been formally informed that they have not been accepted into a clinic.
